Feilding Civic Centre Trust - seeking Two Trustees

Feilding, New Zealand

Reference: 6565490

A unique opportunity has arisen with the Feilding Civic Centre Trust as two (2) trustee positions have become vacant. This is your chance to immerse yourself in shaping the direction for the Feilding Civic Centre (FCC) by joining the Trust in this volunteer role.

The Feilding Civic Centre Trust was established in 2004 by the Manawatū District Council, to manage the day to day operations, enhancement and promotion of the FCC. The FCC is a special place that houses anything from concerts, markets, exercise classes and educational sessions to a variety of community events.

Our Trustees are a committed and close community minded team who are happy to roll up their sleeves when required. We are looking for two new trustees to join the Trust who are of a similar mindset but will add their expertise in one or more of the following skill areas: finance, facilitation skills, strategic thinking, health & safety or voluntary work.

The trust board meets 10 times a year and is involved outside of scheduled meetings to assist in the smooth operation of the Centre.

Queries can be directed to Maree Pritchard maree.pritchard@mdc.govt.nz or Adie Johansen adie.johansen@mdc.govt.nz or by phone on (06) 323-0000.
