The Opportunity

We are looking for a Customer Service Assistant to join our Customer Service Team. This role is all about providing behind-the-scenes support that helps our organisation run smoothly and ensures our staff and visitors experience a professional and welcoming environment.

As part of this busy and friendly team, you'll take responsibility for:

  • Preparing and maintaining meeting rooms, kitchens, and shared spaces to a high standard.
  • Coordinating catering and stationery requests.
  • Supporting travel, training, and accommodation bookings.
  • Assisting with vehicle fleet administration and corporate uniform coordination.
  • Stepping in to support Customer Service Officer duties when required.

We're seeking someone who:

  • Takes pride in creating clean, organised, and welcoming spaces.
  • Is reliable, proactive, and able to work independently.
  • Has strong attention to detail and a "can-do" attitude.
  • Is calm, professional, and approachable when dealing with staff and visitors.
  • Enjoys working as part of a supportive, down-to-earth team and brings a sense of humour to the workplace.

You'll also need:

  • A current driver's licence.
  • Basic computer skills, particularly with Microsoft Office and Outlook.

An understanding of administrative processes would be an advantage.
